Hei alle. Helt ny på dette, kjøpte litt Bitcoin gjennom en enkel app på mobilen for noen uker siden. Nå begynner jeg å bli nervøs for å ha det liggende der, etter alt jeg har lest om folk som mister pengene sine i hacks.
Har ikke prøvd noen wallet-app enda. Er på Android og vil ha noe enkelt og trygt, helst på norsk eller i det minste lett å forstå. Hvilken app er egentlig best for en sånn som meg, og bør jeg flytte kryptoen med en gang?

That seed phrase is the wallet, the app is just a window into it. If you lose the seed phrase, you lose the coins, no password reset exists. Since you only have Bitcoin and plan to hold, either works, Trust Wallet handles multiple chains later if you expand, Coinbase Wallet is a bit more polished.
Skip MetaMask for now, it's built for Ethereum and DeFi, which you don't need yet. The trap I see beginners hit constantly is screenshots of the seed phrase, or storing it in Google Keep, both are as good as handing your coins away. For amounts over roughly 10,000 kr, only a hardware wallet like Ledger or Trezor is truly safe, a phone app is fine below that.

Firi and NBX have the lowest fees in Norway, around 1% per trade, but the real cost is the network fee when you move coins. I bought Ethereum for 5,000 kr on Firi, transferred to Trust Wallet, and the fee was about 120 kr that day. It varies a lot with congestion, and Bitcoin fees are often higher than Ethereum.

Start with Bitcoin and Ethereum, not altcoins. Bitcoin is the safest bet, Ethereum has the most development, and the learning curve is enough without adding exchange risk. I bought 2,000 kr of a small altcoin that dropped 80% in three months, now I stick to Bitcoin. Keep investments small enough that a total loss wouldn't hurt, and never invest money you need within a year.
