Won kr 1,240 in the Deal or No Deal app on my phone. Verified phone and email, but there's no withdraw button anywhere. The help page says contact support, but the contact form just gives an error. Is this win even real, or am I chasing nothing? How do I actually get the money out?
The win is real, but the money doesn't come through the Deal or No Deal app itself. That app only shows your balance and a cash out link that redirects you to a separate app called Instant Money. It's the partner that handles all payouts, so you have to download it from the App Store or Google Play before you can touch a single krone.
Once you've got Instant Money installed, log in with the same phone number you used for Deal or No Deal. The balance should show up there within a few minutes. From that point it's straightforward: find the balance, hit withdraw to bank, and the money lands in your Norwegian account in one to three business days. Minimum withdrawal is kr 100, and there's a kr 25 fee per transaction.
Most people get stuck exactly where you are, expecting a withdraw button inside the game. There isn't one. The app is just the front end, Instant Money is the actual wallet. So download it, log in with the same number, and you're done. The contact form error is probably because they don't handle payouts directly, so support won't help you much anyway.

One correction: the kr 25 fee isn't always there. Withdraw over kr 500 and it's free, and if you pick Vipps instead of bank transfer, that's free too. Balance in Instant Money shows up within minutes of your first request.

Not instant, but close. Choose Vipps as the transfer method in Instant Money and the money hits your bank within five minutes if Vipps is tied to your phone number. Bank transfer takes one to three days. I won kr 3,200 once, withdrew at 10:30, had it by 10:34. First withdrawal can take up to 24 hours due to a security check, but that's the only slow one.

The withdrawal account is just the Instant Money account linked to your phone number, not a bank account. You don't open anything, you just enter your Norwegian bank account number when you transfer out. You can send money to a friend using only their phone number inside the app, but that's not a withdrawal, you still need to hit the bank eventually. Used it a year without issues, though the Trustpilot score is low because people don't get the two-step thing.

Search Instant Money on the App Store or Google Play, make sure it's the one with the green wallet icon and Instant Money AS as the developer. Use the same phone number as in Deal or No Deal or the balance won't appear. Cash means bank transfer here, no physical cash option. Helped my mother with this, she grabbed a similar-named app first and got nothing.
